JDS Design Group, LLC offers a variety architectural drafting services to help bring a design idea to life. Architectural drawings can be used to develop a design idea into a coherent proposal, to communicate ideas and concepts, to convince clients of the merits of a design, to assist a building contractor to construct it based on design intent, as a record of the design and planned development, or to make a record of a building that already exists. If your drawing is part of a business proposal we also offer proposal design services to make your proposal stand out from the rest.

This is a handyman service, meant to help with the things you just don't have the time or tools to get to on your own. Examples include: general home repairs (furniture assembly, drywall patches, TV mounting, fixture replacements, minor plumbing (leaky faucets, garbage disposals) and minor electrical (switches, ceiling fans, outlets). We can also help with Pick-up Services (local furniture pickups, mulch/soil delivery, dump runs).
 

The length of time to complete project varies depending on the size of the project, the type of scaling and material being used, and the extent of detail or work required. Our team will provide you with a detailed timeline and estimate before we begin work.
